Fifteen minutes of exercise each day is enough for older adults to see a
huge benefit to their health, experts reveal. The short burst of
activity is linked to a 22 per cent lower risk of early death.
And doctors say they hope the short amount of time will be a more
reasonable target for older adults to achieve on a daily basis.
